Modern in implantology

The treatment process treatment process
The implant treatment process consists of several precise stages that allow for permanent and natural filling of missing teeth.
1. Consultation and planning
The first step is a consultation with an implantologist who will assess the condition of your oral cavity, perform the necessary tests (such as X-rays or computed tomography) and develop an individual treatment plan.
2. Implant placement procedure
During the procedure, the implantologist inserts the implant into the jawbone. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia and is painless.
3. Healing period
After the implant is placed, there is a healing period that lasts from several weeks to several months. During this time, the implant integrates with the bone (osseointegration), creating a solid foundation for future prosthetic reconstruction.
4. Prosthetic reconstruction
Once the healing process is complete, crowns, bridges or dentures are attached to the implants, restoring the full functionality and aesthetics of the oral cavity.
When is it worth applying?
for implant treatment or consultation?
Missing teeth
If you have lost one or more teeth, it is worth considering dental implants as a permanent and aesthetic solution. Implants can replace individual teeth, as well as provide a base for bridges and dentures.
Difficulty biting and chewing
Missing teeth can make eating difficult and lead to digestive problems. Dental implants restore full bite functionality, allowing you to eat normally.
Smile aesthetics
If missing teeth are affecting your appearance and self-confidence, implants can restore the natural look and aesthetics of your smile, improving your selfesteem.
Inflammations and infections
Untreated missing teeth can lead to inflammation and infections in the oral cavity. Dental implants can help avoid these problems by restoring healthy oral structure.
Protecting bone health
After tooth loss, the jawbone can recede due to lack of stimulation. Dental implants help maintain bone health because they act like natural tooth roots, stimulating the bone during biting and chewing.

Can everyone have dental implants?
Most people can benefit from dental implants, but an assessment of oral health and overall health is necessary. Contraindications may include uncontrolled systemic diseases, such as diabetes, or insufficient bone volume at the implant site.
How long does the implant procedure take?
The implant procedure itself usually takes between 30 minutes and one hour, depending on the number of implants and the complexity of the case. The entire treatment process, including the healing period, can take anywhere from a few months to a year.
How long do dental implants last?
With proper hygiene and regular check-ups, dental implants can last for many years, or even a lifetime. Their durability depends on the patient’s health, hygiene habits, and overall oral care.
